TRANING BAR & RESTAURANT
PS institute of hotel management fully air conditioned training Restaurant & Bar for students. They learn the basic service techniques and etiquettes required in a restaurant. Types of Cutleries, Crockery, Napkin folds, Glassware's, Types of services, Banquet setup, Buffet service, etc... Are taught... Same is executed during the lunch hours by serving staff members, Live Guests. PSIHM Students also learn the etiquettes and manners of a dinner in a restaurant. As they get served by their restaurant guests. The Training Restaurant helps in exchange of knowledge and skills. The students also learn how to handle complaint and serve food to the guests.
In Training Bar, The students are taught about the handling procedure of bar, along with basic Mixology, Mocktails and Cocktail preparation which is part of their curriculum.
